Coastal Marine Crew LLC provides professional boat cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Exterior boat washing and cleaning
• Hull cleaning and oxidation removal
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Teak restoration and maintenance
• Canvas and upholstery cleaning
• Ceramic coating application
• Gel coat repair
• Regular maintenance plans

3. Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred timing, but cannot guarantee specific time slots. Weather conditions may affect scheduling, and we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their vessel and its condition
• Ensure safe access to the vessel for our service team
• Remove personal valuables before service
• Notify us of any known issues or special requirements
• Ensure the vessel is accessible at the scheduled service time

6. Liability and Insurance

Coastal Marine Crew LLC is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your vessel, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects
• Damage resulting from defective parts or materials
• Loss of personal items left on the vessel
• Damage caused by weather or acts of nature

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our work and will address any issues related to our service quality within 48 hours of completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not extend to normal wear and tear or environmental factors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coastal Marine Crew LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mississippi.
